CONCORD WETLAND PRESERVATION
This quick video of the flail mower erasing some woody weeds is strangely satisfying to watch. Bransfield Tree is a preferred vegetation management specialist with many local Conservation Commissioners. Note the selective finesse possible as we work around the keepers while eliminating the undesirables. We will be following up this mowing with special herbicides and buffered with Organic Humates which will prevent regeneration of the woody weeds while eliminating long term impacts on soils. The strand of land will ultimately be planted with native wetland ecotone plants which will attract and support our native fauna and pollinators. Without intervention, the weed plants choke out our native plants.
